You might call it “robbing Peter to pay Paul” but on the last day of February I sold a few of my precious CTPSB tokens to buy 18,000 BBH so as to hit my 2025 target of 20,000 BBH! That also gives me the ability to give away 20 BBH tips per day, which aligns with my intention to be more engaging and post more comments and tips.
What about my target of 800 CTPSB in 2025? Well, Bitcoin might be in the doldrums right now, but I still expect the bull rally to resume later this year, and I’m hoping to be able to take advantage of any new Bitcoin highs to sell off a bit of BTC so I can achieve my more ambitious Hive targets, including buying up a few hundred CTPSB…
As Louis XIV was wont to say, “We shall see.”
Meanwhile, now I’ve hit my BBH target, I can sell off any surplus BBH to buy more of my other target tokens. My next target inside Hive-Engine is the ALIVE token as I want to speed up my progress towards my ALIVE / ALIVEM liquidity pool target of 500 shares.
Liquidity Pools
Speaking of liquidity pools, I made slow but steady progress in growing each of my target pools in February. However, although number of my SPS / SwapHive pool shares has grown, the number of SPS in the pool has declined.
Delegations
As for my delegation targets, I want to keep on growing my Ecency delegation in March.
Now that I’ve discovered the value of Ecency and Ecency Perks I’m hopeful that I will see a boost in my curation earnings which will, in turn, speed up my progress towards my HIVE Power target for the year.
HIVE Power and HBD
My most ambitious target is the one I set for HBD. I’m making good progress thanks to curation and monthly interest payments, but in the end, I’m looking for more Bitcoin highs during the year to help me hit 12,000 HBD. Right now, swapping 1% of a Bitcoin just around the previous ATH for a few hundred dollars worth of HBD looks quite smart, don’t ye know! 😎

- I completed 78 chess problems to reach problem 156 out of 357 problems in Neistadt’s “Magic World of Chess” that I blogged about here:
