If you’re already using Satsman to accumulate satoshis, there’s another way you can make use of the activity you’re already doing. I’ve recently started sharing my Satsman progress on Snapie.io – a microblogging platform built on the Hive blockchain. When other Hive users upvote those posts, I can potentially earn HIVE in addition to the sats I earn from Satsman.
I explain exactly what I’m doing in this video:
The idea is quite simple, but I think it illustrates an interesting connection between Satsman, Snapie and the Hive blockchain.
Turning Satsman Activity into Content
If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll already know that I’ve written quite a bit about Satsman. I use it regularly, so completing my daily missions to earn over 100 sats per day has become part of my routine.
One of the things I realised recently is that the activity itself provides plenty of material for content. For example, I earn dozens of sats by playing a game called SatsCipher every day. When the game is over, you can download a screenshot of the result and share it on social media.
So rather than simply completing the activity and moving on, I can share some of those moments on Snapie. Why Snapie? Well, because unlike sharing on X or Facebook, when your post is upvoted, you can earn some crypto – yes, actually GET PAID to post your content!
That’s what I demonstrate in the video. On the day I recorded it, I had completed my Satsman missions and played SatsCipher, earning 60 sats from the game.

I downloaded the screenshot (above) of the game and used it to create a short Snapie post. I added a little commentary about the day’s game, mentioned the sats I had earned and included information about Satsman.
Here’s my Snapie post:

What Makes Snapie Different?
Snapie is a microblogging platform built on the Hive decentralized blockchain. Think of it as Hive’s answer to X.
The important difference is that Snapie is part of the Hive ecosystem. When other users upvote your content, those votes can result in cryptocurrency rewards.
That makes it rather different from posting the same content on a conventional social media platform.
If I post a screenshot of my Satsman progress on X, I might get some likes or comments, but I don’t get paid for the content I create on X.
But on Snapie, an upvote can have an economic value.
The amounts you earn for each post are quite small, of course. Some of my posts have earned only a few cents, and some haven’t earned anything at all. But the possibility of earning HIVE from content that I was already creating on other platforms that pay zero is what makes Snapie interesting to me. As I write this, HIVE is valued at around 4 cents, close to its all-time low, so right now, we earn more HIVE for our content than when the US dollar value of HIVE is high. So, right now, we have a nice opportunity to earn more HIVE for our content.
A Second Crypto Reward
This is where I think the connection with Satsman becomes particularly useful.
The Satsman reward doesn’t change. If I complete my missions and earn a certain number of sats, that’s what Satsman pays me. (Of course, the VALUE of those sats fluctuates as the price of Bitcoin changes day by day.)
What I am doing with Snapie is adding another opportunity on top of that activity.
I complete my Satsman missions and earn sats. I then share some of what I’ve done on Snapie. If the post receives valuable upvotes, I can earn some HIVE.
So the same daily routine can potentially lead to two different cryptocurrency rewards. It’s like stacking bonus payouts on top of the rewards that you have already earned.
Why I Think Satsman Users May Find Hive Interesting
There is a natural connection between the two communities.
Satsman is primarily focused on accumulating Bitcoin through its missions and other activities. Hive is a separate, decentralized blockchain ecosystem with its own tokens, applications and communities.
Someone who is already interested in earning Bitcoin may therefore be more receptive to the idea of exploring another cryptocurrency ecosystem.
And Snapie provides a relatively simple way to do that.
You don’t have to begin by trying to understand every aspect of Hive. You can simply create an account, start following people, read some posts and perhaps publish a few of your own.
If you already earn satoshi every day with Satsman then you have something you can immediately talk about on Snapie.
You can share your daily results, your streak, your SatsCipher games or your experiences with the platform. In the process, you get to interact with people who are already active in the cryptocurrency space.
You Don’t Always Have to Make a Sale
This is another reason I find the combination interesting.
A lot of online earning opportunities ultimately depend on selling something. You can build a website, create content, generate traffic and promote affiliate products, but unless somebody eventually makes a purchase, there may be no income.
That’s a perfectly legitimate business model, and it’s one I’ve written about extensively on this blog.
But cryptocurrency platforms provide another possibility.
Satsman allows you to earn small amounts of Bitcoin every day by completing its missions. Hive provides an ecosystem where content and community participation can potentially generate cryptocurrency rewards.
Neither approach should be confused with a conventional income or treated as a shortcut to financial independence. The amounts involved can be small, and building a worthwhile cryptocurrency balance takes time.
What I find interesting is that you can participate without having to persuade somebody to buy something.
You can complete an activity, contribute something to a community and potentially receive a small reward.
Introducing Snapie to My Satsman Audience
There’s also a reason I’m particularly interested in showing this on my YouTube channel by posting videos of my Satsman-related activities.
I’ve already built an audience that is familiar with Satsman. Some of those people will also know about Hive, but others may have never encountered it.
Rather than simply telling people that Hive exists, I can show them a practical example of how it can be used.
The video at the top of this page demonstrates a straightforward connection: complete your Satsman activities, share your progress on Snapie, interact with the Hive community and potentially earn some HIVE from upvotes.
For someone who is already interested in accumulating sats, that may be enough to make them curious about what else is happening within the Hive ecosystem.
And the connection works both ways. Someone who discovers Snapie through my content may also become interested in Satsman.
That’s what makes this more interesting to me than simply promoting another social media platform.
I’m Still Experimenting With Snapie
This is my first blog post about Snapie, and I’m still finding out what works.
I’m not presenting a formula for making money from the platform. The rewards I’ve received so far are small, and there will inevitably be posts that receive little or no reward.
What I like is the fact that I don’t need to manufacture content specifically for Snapie.
I’m already using Satsman. I’m already active in the Hive ecosystem. I’m already creating videos and writing blog posts about these subjects.
Snapie gives me another place where those interests overlap.
So for the moment, I’m going to keep experimenting with it and see where it leads.
If you’re already using Satsman and you’re also interested in exploring Hive, Snapie might be worth taking a look at. At the very least, it provides another place to share what you’re doing. And if your posts attract some useful engagement, you may find that your Satsman routine can produce a little HIVE on the side as well.
For me, that’s the interesting part: I can stack sats with Satsman and potentially stack Hive by sharing my progress with my Snapie audience
Cheers!
